Yoga

Personalized or group yoga. Our certified yoga instructor uses functional anatomy to help create the perfect yoga practice for runners.

Group and social training sessions designed to help you run your best performances. Sessions include:

  • Dynamic Warmup
  • Quality session designed to improve major physiological markers such as lactate threshold
  • Appropriate cool down
  • Strength and/or stretch session to help keep you healthy

Team Run Tyler

Group training sessions designed to help you run your best performances. Our regular meetup time is 5:45AM on Thursdays at Three Lakes Track. 

 

Sport Nutrition

Receive a one-hour sport nutrition counseling session that includes comprehensive analysis of your macronutrients and race-day nutrition, as well as daily nutrition recommendations to optimize training intensity, adaptation, and recovery. Includes complete personalized nutritional strategy for before, during and after exercise or competition.

1-on-1 Sessions

We offer a variety of 1:1 sessions based upon your fitness level and goals. After an in-person session is complete you will receive a synopsis of the training so you can continue making improvements on your own. Different types of sessions include:

You may choose to receive one type of session or a mixture of our various types of training over the course of 1 hour. Every detail is prepared specific to your needs.

Yoga

Yoga can accomplish two primary training goals because it is a balanced combination of stretching and strengthening the muscles. Our certified yoga instructor will guide you through poses that are customized to your muscular tightness and weakness. Receive a one-hour private yoga session that is tailored to your needs.
