One-on-one training sessions allow for a professional coach to get more detailed with your strengths and weaknesses. The session can be tailored for several goals

Track Tuesdays

In-person Group Training is designed specific to the athlete’s fitness level.

  • Runners are grouped together for the morning of the workout

  • All workout details are delivered prior to the Tuesday workout - athletes can ask questions related to workout

  • The monthly rate gets you 4-5 tailored sessions per week! A professional coach will be present to guide session

  • Current athletes get this service for free
