22 years of competitive experience including UIL State Cross Country and Track and Field Championships, NCAA National Championships, and post-collegiate elite invitationals. 13 years of coaching experience from high school to college to first time marathoners.
We boost our practical knowledge with the latest understanding in Exercise Physiology and Functional Anatomy. As instructors at the University of Texas at Tyler, we disseminate new knowledge and apply current understanding to our coaching methods.
Coached 11 ASC conference champions in events ranging from 1500m to 10,000m. Coached 7 district champions in events ranging from 800m to 3200m and Cross Country. 1 state champion in the 1600m and 1 state runner-up in the 3200m. Every athlete coached produced a PR in multiple distances.
