Sport Nutrition
Receive a one-hour sport nutrition counseling session that includes comprehensive analysis of your macronutrients and race-day nutrition, as well as daily nutrition recommendations to optimize training intensity, adaptation, and recovery. Includes complete personalized nutritional strategy for before, during and after exercise or competition.

1-on-1 Sessions
We offer a variety of 1:1 sessions based upon your fitness level and goals. After an in-person session is complete you will receive a synopsis of the training so you can continue making improvements on your own. Different types of sessions include:
- Running Analysis
- Muscular Fitness
- Restorative
- Proprioceptive & Balance
You may choose to receive one type of session or a mixture of our various types of training over the course of 1 hour. Every detail is prepared specific to your needs.
